WRITING A BUSINESS EMAIL.
Scenario:
An employee left a business without giving any notice period. The line manager of the employee didn't inform payroll the employee had already left the business. Payroll found out by checking the timesheets.
The HR manager requested that you (a payroll team member) write a formal email to all the line managers to outline the issue and explain the correct procedure.
Write this email according to the requirements and procedures of your own company. Pay attention to politely and concisely guiding the Line Managers in the correct procedures to follow in this case.
