您好,我是叶莹!
前言 每个人都是一本living book (活图书),有着自己独一无二的故事。人生无非是看见自己,接纳自己,实现自我的过程。当我们每个人都能成为“自己”,做好“自己”,大同社会不再遥远。 人们常问我的一个问题是我怎么会成为心理治疗师。我想便以此文作为回答。未能尽诉,可见一斑。生而为人的修行 从小就爱幻想,总觉得自己就是在宇宙或更大的空间里游历的灵魂。因为贪玩,来到人间,开始生而为人的修行。更是执着的认为,来人间,我是有我的使命的,哪怕全世界只剩我一个生物,我也要完成自己的使命。使命 有了根树木才能成长。 年轻时候的我,曾不让自己吃饱穿暖,旨在提醒自己不要忘记这世上仍有人没有吃的,没有衣服穿。甚至于觉得自己不值得拥有所拥有的一切,只因有人没有。那时候也常常不顾一切的去帮人,我同事对我说,“你要自己变强大了,才能帮助更多的人”,当时我对这句话不置与否。“我愿是一盏灯,哪怕只有微弱的光,能给在黑暗中徘徊的人带来一点光明和温暖。” 当年,感动于冰心的《小桔灯》,自己便写下来这句话。当时的我并没意识到,这句话反映了自己的使命,是支撑着我在人间修行的信念。Photo by Marko Blažević on Unsplash成长 树木的生长少不了阳光雨露,也难免会遇到天灾人祸。 曾经的我天真的认为只要自己足够乐观和努力,管它什么创伤,管它什么原生家庭,I don’t feel hurt, I won‘t get hurt(我不觉得是伤害,就不会受到伤害)。然而,自己却被命运狠狠的扇了一耳光。记忆或许会不完整或不清晰,但事件带给我们的感觉却如同烙印,在身体上留下了“痕迹”。我的身体先于我的意识觉醒。因为身体上的抗拒,情绪上的焦虑和爆发,我找到了心理咨询师。“你害怕你先生吗?”“你害怕你妈妈吗?”,咨询师的这两个问题,敲开了我的觉醒之门。我意识到原来父母感情不和其实是给我带来了心理创伤。我意识到自己原来也是需要安全感的。我意识到自己不喜欢打扮是潜意识在拒绝承认被性侵的事实。我意识到自己总是付出和展现关爱的一面,其实背后还有一个希望得到爱的渴求。我意识到自己进入的婚姻实际上是与母亲相处的模式的延续。 为了不让我的孩子们陷入家庭暴力的循环,顶着世俗的压力,处理着那些如剧情般狗血的事情,我坚决地离开了婚姻。离婚后,我觉得我自由了,我一直调整自己的身心状态,但仍觉得自己恢复的速度比预想的慢。从每周的me time,到每月一学计划,我一直鼓励自己去克服心中的恐惧和焦虑,去和他人交流。然而在面对大宝的焦虑和愤怒,面对情绪化的母亲,在工作中和生活中有些力不从心。为了提高工作的效率,我学习了NLP (神经系统语言学)课程。在和老师沟通后。为了能成为大宝的最坚实的后盾,我进而学习了Master of NLP课程。为了能帮助他人,我完成了Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy课程,成为一名临床催眠治疗师和心理治疗师。我也完成了国际教练联盟的认证课程,成为一名教练。学习的过程也是自我疗愈的过程,我也因此而认识了很多志同道合的人,也有了自己的教练。 成长并不是简单的直线型,而是螺旋上升的一个阶段。哪怕你没有看到你的进步,其实你已经在不同的层面。Photo by Ludde Lorentz on Unsplash阴影 有阳光的地方就有阴影。生而为人,我们都会有自己不知道或不为人知的阴影。 从婚姻关系中,我看见了不一样的自己,那个缺乏安全感,渴望爱,认为只有付出我才能得到爱,在关系中卑微地存在的自己。许多人在学习了NLP之后是情绪变稳定,更能控制负面情绪。而我在学完之后变得更加敏感,在一段时间里非常容易“炸毛“(生气)。在经历了种种,我比以前更了解自己,学会体谅自己,接纳自己,原谅自己,放松自己。也真正理解我同事当年说所的话。 做好阴影工作,与阴影共舞,发掘自身的潜能,让自己变得更强大,才能帮助更多的人。Photo by Michał Parzuchowski on Unsplash机会 生命中的挫折不是为了摧毁你,而是让你成为真实的自己。 如果你不觉得痛,不觉得难受,你就不会想着去改变。将英文Change中的g字母改成c字母就成了Chance。改变也意味着机会。我一直都相信我们都本性自足。愿我们在人世间上的修行,始终坚守自己的初心,无惧风雨,完成自己生而为人的使命。Photo by Ross Findon on Unsplash*****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************我尊重您的成长经历。曾经的模式或不再适合您。改变或许让人觉得不安甚至害怕。我愿陪伴您走过这段旅程。预约免费策略咨询,改变从这一刻开始! 服务内容:催眠疗愈一对一教练原型卡与灵魂蓝图咨询
